JOIN 'CANTA Y APRENDE', EDINBURGH'S ONLY SPANISH PLAYGROUP FOR CHILDREN 0-2

Learning Spanish from birth through songs, baby-safe sensory activities and storytelling in Spanish.

Fridays at 10am at Life Care Stockbridge.

Welcome to 'Canta y Aprende', Edinburgh's only Spanish playgroup for children 0-2.

Our playgroup sessions take place every Friday at 10am at Life Care Stockbridge. They are designed specifically for children between 0 and 2 years of age, offering an immersive and engaging experience in Spanish.

Led by Cristina, a qualified Early Years and Primary teacher with over seven years of experience, your child will embark on an exciting journey of language discovery through songs, sensory activities, and stories in Spanish.

Whether your child is already on the path to bilingualism or just starting to explore new sounds, our playgroup provides the perfect environment for language acquisition. Studies show that early exposure to foreign languages enhances cognitive development, linguistic skills, and cultural awareness – setting the stage for lifelong benefits.

Our Spanish playgroup sessions take place at Life Care Stockbridge (St Bernards Club), a fully accessible centre which also has a lovely cafe and all the facilities you need to attend our sessions with your baby or toddler.

Relax and unwind with a cup of coffee while your little one explores in a safe and nurturing environment. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to bond with your child, meet other parents, and ignite a love for language and learning from an early age.

Join us for 45 minutes of fun-filled activities, followed by 15 minutes of playtime and socialising for both adults and children.

Spaces are limited so advance booking is strongly recommended.
